Ryan Trasolini is a pioneer in the digital infrastructure space and a recognized leader in institutional cryptocurrency mining. With over a decade of experience building high growth ventures in emerging markets, he has supplied critical hardware to many of the top publicly traded digital mining companies across the TSX and NASDAQ, directly enabling their rise to market dominance.

A founding shareholder of US Bitcoin Corp, Ryan was part of the company's evolution through its merger of equals with Hut 8 (NASDAQ: HUT), forming a $6.5B leading digital infrastructure platform in the sector.

He subsequently co-founded American Data Centers alongside the Trump family, which partnered with Hut 8 to create American Bitcoin (NASDAQ: ABTC). His expertise spans strategic M&A, partnership structuring, structured financing, and full cycle business transformation, with a track record not just of advising, but of building, scaling, and taking companies public himself.

Mr. Cooper has more than 27 years of experience in management and finance, having worked in the oil and gas, telecommunications and technology industries. In addition to his appointment as Interim CEO of the Shuttle Pharma, Mr. Cooper also serves as President, CEO and Founder of First Towers & Fiber Corp., a telecommunications infrastructure company with operations in Latin America, positions he has held since 2017. From 2010 until 2017, Mr. Cooper served as President and CEO of Aroway Energy, Inc., a Vancouver, British Columbia-based oil and gas company, where he was responsible for overseeing day to day operations, financial reporting, and oversaw acquisitions and debt and equity financing. From 1998 until 2010, Mr. Cooper served as a Corporate Consultant to various companies in the technology and resources sectors, oversaw restricting activities for several distressed public companies, and was responsible for raising more than $100 million in debt and equity for his clients. Mr. Cooper received his MBA from Dowling College in 1995 and his BBA in Business Administration from Hofstra University.

As Director at both Hiline and Ecom CFO, he has led multi-client finance teams supporting brands through rapid growth, complex inventory operations, and margin pressures; conditions directly analogous to the capital-intensive, operationally complex nature of crypto mining.

Dan Kriznic is the Founder and Chairman of High Standard Capital. He played a key role in the early-stage development and financing of several of the industry's most recognized Bitcoin mining companies, including Hive Blockchain Technologies, Marathon Digital Holdings (formerly Marathon Patent Group), and HashChain Technologies (now DigiPowerX).
